The LSU Arbovirus Department reported that West Nile virus was present in St. Martin and  St. Mary Parish for the 2023 Mosquito Season. The reported areas include St. Martinville, Breaux Bridge, Patterson, and Cypremort Point. Please take all necessary precautions according to the Center for Disease Control and Louisiana Department of Health.
